This transfer case comes complete with the necessary shift motor for seamless integration. Crafted by expert technicians, each Zumbrota Drivetrain transfer case undergoes a rigorous inspection and rebuilding process. Components are checked for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. Internal and external parts are cleaned using a specialized Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a deep cleaning process. All units are rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Each finished transfer case is thoroughly spun tested to ensure proper shiftability and quiet operation.
