Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC246G-2M is a remanufactured NP246 transfer case, built to meet or exceed OEM specifications. It is specifically designed for 1999-2002 GM 1500 Series trucks and full-size SUVs. This unit is compatible with vehicles that have either the 4L80E automatic transmission or a manual transmission, and importantly, it comes complete with the shift motor. Key features of this transfer case include the Autotrac option NP8, 32 spline input, and 32 spline rear output. It utilizes an Electric Shift - Double D Shift Shaft mechanism and has been spin tested for shiftability and noise to ensure proper performance. Zumbrota Drivetrain emphasizes quality in their remanufacturing process, including an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-peening process for enhanced durability. This ensures the longevity and reliability of the transfer case for your vehicle.
