The Cardone 22-3062 is a remanufactured rack and pinion unit designed to restore precise steering performance and factory reliability. This hydraulic power assist unit features new spool valve seals, rack donut seals, O-rings, and lip seals to eliminate internal leaks and ensure long-lasting performance. The racks are surfaced to precise specifications and are 100 percent computerized hydraulic tested for proper flow, leakage, and performance.

The Cardone 22-3062 is a remanufactured rack and pinion assembly engineered to meet or exceed original equipment (OE) fit and performance standards. This hydraulic steering component is built with 100% new O-rings and seals, ensuring leak-free and long-lasting performance. A protective coating is applied where applicable, and each unit is subjected to rigorous 100% performance and hydraulic testing to guarantee a perfect fit and function. Key specifications include an end-to-end length of 1339.85 mm, an inlet line fitting diameter of 17.83 mm, and an outlet line fitting diameter of 11.66 mm. The steering input shaft diameter is 0.783 inches, with a total of 3.125 turns lock-to-lock. This assembly comes with inner tie rods, mounting hardware, and a sealing kit, though mounting brackets are not included. The bellows are black, and it features a regular grade type. CARDONE's remanufacturing process prioritizes environmental responsibility, reducing the energy and raw material needed to produce a new part by 80%. The racks are surfaced to precise specifications to prevent leaking between chambers and extend unit life. Valve housings feature polished micro-finish sleeves for enhanced durability.
