The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assembly is a rear differential designed for 1995-1996 Ford E350 vans. It features a 4.10 gear ratio, a 9.75-inch Dana 60 ring gear, and is configured for Single Rear Wheels (SRW) with Full Float Axles (FF).

This assembly includes Posi Traction (limited-slip differential) but does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. All components are remanufactured, with housings inspected for wear and cracks, and all internal parts are 100% inspected. Bearings, seals, and shims are replaced, and the housing is cleaned via hydro blasting to restore OEM finish. Precision setup is ensured with correct rolling torque.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assembly is a comprehensively rebuilt rear differential unit, specifically engineered for 1995 and 1996 Ford E350 models equipped with Dana 60 axles. This assembly boasts a 4.10 gear ratio and a robust 9.75-inch ring gear, designed for Single Rear Wheels (SRW) and Full Float Axles (FF). It features a Posi Traction (limited-slip) differential for enhanced traction, however, it is important to note that this unit does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately. All axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings undergo rigorous testing for surface wear and cracks. Internally, every component, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carrier, receives a 100% inspection. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced with new parts. The housings are then meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to achieve an OEM-like finish. Finally, the assembly is precision-set with the correct rolling torque, measured in inch-pounds, to guarantee optimal setup and extended service life.
