Remanufactured Rear Axle Assembly 3.23 Ratio G80 Posi Traction

This assembly is designed for GM 1500 SUVs from 2005, featuring a 3.23 gear ratio and a GM 10 Bolt 8.6 Inch ring gear. It comes equipped with G80 Posi Traction for enhanced performance and is configured for 2WD models without active brake control. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection process. This includes checks for straightness, cracks, and surface wear on the housings, as well as a 100% inspection of all internal components such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. To ensure longevity and optimal performance, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously inspected for proper tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The gear backlash is set to manufacturer specifications for quiet operation and proper lubrication. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs an exclusive cleaning procedure that involves hydro-blasting and sandblasting, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning process. This ensures that all housings are returned to OEM finish standards. The assembly is built to order and comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
