The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1215EE is a remanufactured rear axle assembly, engineered for GM 10 Bolt 8.5-inch axle applications. This unit is built with a 3.73 gear ratio and an open differential, specifically designed for 28-spline axles. The remanufacturing process ensures longevity and precision. All Zumbrota axle assemblies undergo rigorous inspection and component replacement. This includes 100% replacement of all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. The housings are meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring them to an OEM finish. Furthermore, all housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, and tubes are inspected to ensure they are straightened to OEM specifications.
