The Zumbrota Drivetrain Remanufactured Rear Axle Assembly is designed for Chrysler 9.25ZF differentials. It features a 3.92 gear ratio, a 9.25-inch ring gear, and a 12-bolt hexagon cover. This assembly includes Posi Traction for enhanced performance.

This rear axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for cracks and surface wear. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, clutches, and carriers, are 100% inspected. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced. The housing is cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore the OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
