Description

This assembly features a 3.92 gear ratio, a robust 9.25-inch ZF ring gear, a 12-bolt hexagon cover, and Posi Traction for improved grip and handling. Each axle assembly is meticulously remanufactured to meet stringent quality standards. The process involves inspecting and straightening all tubes to OEM specifications, and testing housings for surface wear and cracks. Internals, including ring and pinion gears, clutch packs, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection. To ensure reliability and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Housings are hydro-blasted and rinsed to achieve an OEM finish, and precise rolling torque is established for optimal setup and durability. This specific assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, allowing for customization or reuse of existing components. It is built to order, with a typical lead time for shipping.
