Remanufactured Rear Differential Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-277B-P is a remanufactured rear differential axle assembly built for heavy-duty GM Silverado and Sierra 3500 trucks. This unit features an 11.5-inch AAM ring gear and a 4.10 ratio with Posi-Traction, specifically designed for Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) configurations. It is not intended for non-cab chassis models. This remanufactured assembly undergoes a thorough process to ensure quality and longevity. All housings are hydro-blasted and rinsed to restore an OEM finish. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced 100%. Internal components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. Tubes are straightened to OEM specifications, and correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precision setup. Technical notes specify that this assembly includes the 4.10 ratio, AAM 11.5 Inch Ring Gear, Dual Rear Wheels, and Posi Traction. It is option GT5, without the Widetrack option GTY. It does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
