The Remy 16535 is a remanufactured starter motor designed for specific vehicle applications. It features a Wound Field Direct Drive family, an open nose cone type, and a 0.90 power rating. The starter rotation is clockwise and it has 9 teeth and operates on a 12.0 voltage system.

This starter is compatible with various Audi and Volkswagen models, including the 1973-1979 Audi Fox, 1974-1980 Volkswagen Dasher, 1980-1983 Audi 4000, and 1982-1983 Volkswagen Quantum.
