The Shift Pro by ETE 4R70W Automatic Transmission Assembly is a fully remanufactured unit engineered to meet or exceed Original Equipment (OE) standards for tolerances, durability, and quality. This assembly incorporates upgraded components and a fully remanufactured torque converter to enhance durability throughout the transmission's lifetime. Each transmission undergoes rigorous testing on custom dynamometers, including hot, cold, load, and simulated road tests, using fully synthetic transmission fluid. The valve body's wear-prone valves are restored to stringent specifications and vacuum tested for proper function. Quality control is ensured by four specialized technicians during the remanufacturing process. The included torque converter is tested for leaks, lock-up, concentricity, and balance. This transmission assembly requires a fluid capacity of 14.0 quarts and uses PZL-HIGHMG transmission fluid. It features 4 forward shift positions and 1 reverse shift position, with a lock-up torque converter. A radiator is not included, nor is a transmission oil cooler. The remove and replace time is estimated at 5.3 hours.
