Description

This transfer case is engineered for models equipped with the 6.6L diesel engine and an Allison transmission, featuring a 33-spline input shaft and manual shift operation. It has an oval mounting pattern, slip yoke rear output, and a fluid capacity of 1.6 quarts of Dexron VI ATF. Zumbrota rebuilds these transfer cases to stringent standards. Each unit undergoes a rigorous inspection for wear and damage, followed by an exclusive hydro-blast cleaning process. Internal components are replaced, including all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Before shipping, every remanufactured transfer case is tested for proper shift-ability and noise. The product page notes that fitment should be verified manually or by calling customer service, as their database may not contain all specific applications. A refundable core charge of $600 applies, with options to send the core first or pay the core charge upfront.
