Crafted by Zumbrota Drivetrain, a company with extensive industry experience, each transfer case is subjected to rigorous quality control measures. This includes thorough inspections for any signs of wear, such as cracks or stripped threads, and the complete replacement of seals, bearings, and viscous couplers. The remanufacturing process utilizes advanced hydro-blasting and rinsing to restore an OEM-like finish, and every unit is spin tested to guarantee smooth shifting and quiet operation. This transfer case is specifically designed for the following applications: Ford F-150 4WD (1988-1991) and Ford F-250 4WD (1988-1991). When purchasing the RTC1345F-3, the quoted shipping fee includes both delivery to your location and the return of your old unit (core) to the manufacturer. While an option exists to send your core in advance for a partial refund on shipping, it may extend the overall process.
