Remote Mounted Single Turbo Kit

The STS Turbo Universal Remote Mounted Single Turbo Kit provides the foundation for installing a patented remote-mounted turbocharger on a wide range of vehicles. Engineered for 5.0-6.0 liter engines, this kit is capable of supporting up to 620 horsepower at the crankshaft. The innovative design overcomes traditional turbo installation challenges by mounting the turbocharger in a remote location, such as the stock muffler position or low in the chassis. This remote placement helps to reduce under-hood temperatures and avoids clearance or interference issues with engine bay belts, pulleys, and accessories. The system utilizes a patented oiling system for reliable oil return, regardless of turbo placement. Additionally, it allows for the retention of stock exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, intake manifold, and throttle body, simplifying the installation process. This STS Turbo System does not include essential components such as exhaust tubing, air intake tubing, a blow-off valve, intercooler, fuel injectors, tuner software, or spark plugs. These items must be sourced separately to complete the installation.
