The diaphragm spring receives special high-frequency induction heat treating to prevent wear and guarantee durability, providing a like-new pedal feel throughout the life of the clutch. The friction material, developed and manufactured by Exedy engineers, offers exceptional friction and wear characteristics for smooth engagement, expected grip, and longer-lasting installation. Center disc spring dampers suppress engine and driveline noise by absorbing vibrations.
