The BDS Suspension BDS081203 is a direct replacement ball joint engineered to service specific BDS upper control arms. It is constructed from durable, OE-grade materials, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability. This kit provides a quick and easy swap for worn-out ball joints, featuring one ball joint, a nut, cotter pin, snap ring, and a dust cap gasket (where applicable). This ball joint is specifically designed for BDS upper control arm part numbers including GM BDS011310, BDS121250, BDS121252, BDS121304, and Ford BDS123253, BDS013204. It is compatible with a wide range of vehicles, including 2001-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD models, as well as 2004-2025 Ford F-150 models. The fitment extends to 2019-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models. Specific fitment includes 4WD models for 2024-2025 GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD and 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD. Installation torque specifications are provided for certain applications, such as 26 ft-lbs + 60-75 degrees for 2020+ GM 2500, and 37 ft-lbs + 90-110 degrees for other GM applications. BDS Suspension Co. recommends professional installation for this component.
