The Race Tech FRSP S3627095 is a pair of precision-engineered replacement fork springs built to enhance the handling and suspension consistency of sportbike front ends. Many factory suspension setups are inadequately sprung for the average rider, leading to unbalanced, unpredictable performance. These high-performance springs serve as a direct upgrade to restore proper geometry and control for a more stable ride. These components are manufactured using premium chrome silicon wire, offering a superior stiffness-to-mass ratio compared to standard equipment. To ensure long-term reliability, the springs undergo a rigorous shot-peening and heat-treatment process that resists sacking-out under load. With an accuracy tolerance within 2%, these springs provide the consistent performance required for both street and track use. Installation of fork springs typically requires specialized knowledge of internal damping rod or cartridge fork assemblies. Users should consult the appropriate service manual for their specific vehicle to ensure proper preload settings and oil levels during the installation process. These springs have an outside diameter of 1.32 to 1.40 inches (33.50 to 35.50 mm) and a functional length of 10.63 inches (270 mm).
