MIA's Description

The Bosch OTC 4546 is a steering wheel holder and pedal depressor kit. It has two primary applications: holding the steering wheel in position for alignment adjustments and depressing the brake pedal for various brake checks, such as confirming brake lamp operation. Fine adjustments can be made by hand-squeezing the actuator. The kit includes an actuator assembly, an extension rod, a hook assembly, and a flat pad.
