The Brown Davis HCRGR1-20 is a replacement long-range fuel tank engineered to extend your vehicle's travel range by significantly increasing fuel capacity. Designed to replace the standard fuel tank, this unit offers approximately a 100% increase in fuel capacity for dual cab ute models, allowing for greater distances between refueling stops. Constructed from robust 2mm aluminum-coated cold-rolled steel, this tank is built to withstand rigorous conditions without the need for additional tank guards. It features a tapered approach angle to improve ground clearance and ramp-over angles, along with internal baffling to manage fuel slosh and strengthen the tank structure. Additionally, it includes a roll-over check valve, expansion box, fast-fill breather, and a magnetic drain plug for maintenance. It utilizes the standard fuel gauge, pump assembly, and fill point. The tank comes complete with all necessary hardware and parts for installation.
