The BMC High FB855/04 is a replacement panel air filter made in Italy from oiled, multi-layer cotton gauze. It offers a higher airflow passage than paper filters, with less than half the pressure drop, while still guaranteeing filtration of particles down to 7 microns. This reusable filter has a lifespan equal to that of the vehicle.

Manufactured in Italy, it features a unique construction of multi-layered cotton gauze, soaked in low-viscosity oil and covered with an epoxy-coated alloy mesh. This design allows for significantly higher airflow compared to standard OEM paper filters, resulting in a lower pressure drop and potentially increasing horsepower, torque, and gas mileage.
