Overview

The Reese 58207 is a weight distributing head shim kit designed for heavy-duty round and high-performance trunnion bar weight distributing systems. Reese has combined features from its various kits to create this High-Performance Trunnion Kit, which includes a head with superior strength and easy adjustment. The head features a forged raised ball platform and forged trunnion mounts, along with a "serrated washer" design for simpler setup. This kit also incorporates the highest rated spring bars per class in the industry and includes 9-link chains for easier setup on larger trailer frames and innovative snap-up brackets for strength and durability. The Round Bar Weight Distributing Hitch variant offers easy-to-use adjusting blocks for faster ball mount angle adjustment and a one-piece cast head. The High-Performance Trunnion Kit is rated up to 15,000 lbs. GTW and 1,500 lbs. TW, while the Round Bar version is rated up to 12,000 lbs. GTW and 1,200 lbs. TW. Both come with a limited lifetime warranty.
