Description

The American Autowire 500239 is an anti-theft relay kit designed to protect classic vehicles. This double-pole, 5-terminal relay operates at 12 volts and features blade terminals. It includes a wiring harness and is sold as a kit.

The relay disables the starter cranking circuit until a pre-determined switch is activated, preventing unauthorized starts. If an attempt is made to start the car without activating the switch, it can be configured to sound the horn or activate another chosen device, adding an extra layer of security.
