The Milltek Sport Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered as a direct, bolt-on replacement for the Audi TTS MK2 Quattro, requiring no modifications for installation. It is constructed from durable T304L stainless steel, featuring mandrel-bent 2.75" (69.85mm) diameter piping for optimized flow. The system includes hand-finished quad polished tips and utilizes resonated chambering to achieve a pronounced yet refined tone, described as sportier than stock while effectively eliminating drone at cruise speeds. Milltek Sport's heritage of over 40 years in manufacturing is evident in this system, which is developed and tested in-house to deliver both measurable performance gains and purposeful sound engineering. The exhaust uses OEM hangers and mounting points for seamless integration, offering an OE+ compatibility.
