The Circuit Werks Resonated Downpipe is designed as a direct replacement for the factory front pipe on the 2015-2019 Volkswagen Golf GTi 2.0T MK7. This upgrade aims to enhance performance by freeing up the engine, increasing power output, and improving exhaust sound. The downpipe features a resonated chamber to manage exhaust acoustics. By offering a freer-flowing outlet for exhaust gases, it effectively reduces turbo back pressure, leading to increased turbo efficiency and overall engine performance. This resonated downpipe is compatible with several Volkswagen and Audi models, including the 2015-2019 Audi A3 1.8/2.0T FWD (excluding Quattro models), the 2015-2018 Volkswagen Golf 1.8/2.0T, and the 2015-2019 Volkswagen Golf GTi 2.0T. Installation may require adjustment, and careful tightening of slip clamps is advised to prevent leaks.
