The Canadian Auto Performance CAP-EXH-093 Resonated Midpipes are engineered to enhance the exhaust system of the Audi B9/B9.5 S4 and S5 models manufactured between 2018 and 2024. These midpipes aim to provide a balance between a refined exhaust note and improved performance, ensuring daily drivability is not compromised. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, these 2.5-inch mandrel-bent pipes replace the factory resonated mid-section. The inclusion of a heatshielded flex pipe section helps retain heat within the exhaust system, promoting more efficient exhaust flow and contributing to the longevity of the engine. Compared to the stock 2.25-inch piping, these midpipes offer improved airflow and a more engaging driving experience across the entire RPM range. The CAP-EXH-093 midpipes are designed for a direct bolt-on installation, ensuring OEM-like fitment and compatibility with both OEM and aftermarket downpipes, including CAP's own downpipes. The kit comes complete with all necessary installation hardware, such as gaskets, bolts, and clamps. A significant benefit is that these midpipes will not trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL) as they retain all factory catalytic converters. Key features include 100% TIG welded and back-purged construction for strength, precision CNC machined flanges, and an improved turbo response.
