The Motion Pro Rev3 Throttle Kit represents the third generation of their Revolver variable rate throttle system, offering a customizable throttle experience for sportbikes. Its core innovation lies in the reel changing system, which allows riders to precisely tailor the throttle rate to their riding style and conditions. The kit includes five interchangeable reels (35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm) and a progressive cam reel, enabling adjustments from a slower to a faster throttle rate. The REV3™ throttle housing is designed to be slim, providing increased room for lever clearance and easier adjustment of the throttle housing position. It also features an improved throttle stop for greater strength and durability, and snap-together elbows that simplify installation and reel changes. A cable boot is integrated to protect the mechanism from dirt and dust, ensuring reliable and smooth operation. The kit also includes billet aluminum inline cable adjusters for convenient installation and fine-tuning, and features dual black vinyl throttle cables constructed with a PTFE liner in the lower section for reduced friction, increased flexibility, and lighter weight, while the upper section uses 6 mm housing for robust adjuster support. Included in the kit are the REV3™ throttle assembly with a throttle tube, dual black vinyl throttle cables, two black rubber grips, and the various interchangeable reels (four round, one progressive cam). The kit is specifically designed for certain motorcycle models, and the REV3 throttle itself is not model-specific. However, potential fitment challenges on stock handlebars may require adjustments. In some installations, moving other control components, shortening the throttle tube and grip, or installing longer handlebars might be necessary. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure proper fitment and safe operation, and installation by a qualified mechanic is recommended, with careful functional checks.
