The Motion Pro Rev3 Throttle Kit is a precision-engineered, third-generation variable rate throttle system designed for improved street control. Its slim housing design creates additional space on the handlebar for lever clearance and allows for flexible positioning. The system features five interchangeable reels that let riders tailor the throttle rate; smaller reels provide a slower rate for precise control, while larger reels offer a faster response. An included cam reel provides a progressive throttle response for varied riding styles. Constructed for durability, the kit features a robust throttle stop and billet aluminum inline cable adjusters for easier installation and maintenance. The cable assembly includes a protective boot to shield against dirt and dust, while the lower section utilizes 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner to minimize friction and weight. Important installation note: While the Rev3 kit includes cables designed for specific models, the throttle assembly itself is not model-specific. Proper fitment may require repositioning other handlebar controls, shortening the throttle tube and grip, or installing aftermarket handlebars to accommodate space limitations. Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic to ensure correct function and safety.
