The Revel Medallion Touring-S exhaust system is constructed from full SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance & durability, and features 1.5mm wall thickness piping for increased strength and reduced resonation. The piping is mandrel bent to optimize exhaust flow. It has a straight-through muffler design for increased power and lighter weight, with compact canisters for optimal ground clearance. The dual-wall angle-cut tips have a large inner diameter for modern aesthetics. The system is fully hand TIG welded and uses laser-cut flanges for durable connections. It's tested under 93db sound levels, providing a clean, deep tone at all RPMs while maintaining efficiency. Advantex packing material is used for superior flow and sound suppression, resistant to 1200°F, extending the system's life.
