The Revel Medallion Touring-S exhaust system is constructed from full SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. It features 1.5mm wall thickness piping for increased strength and reduced resonation, and mandrel bent piping to retain consistent diameter at bends, optimizing exhaust flow. The straight-through muffler design improves flow for increased power and a lighter system. Compact muffler canisters offer optimal ground clearance for lowered vehicles. The dual-wall angle cut tips have a large inner diameter for modern aesthetics and increased exit flow. The system is fully hand TIG welded and uses strong, laser-cut flanges. It is tested under 93db sound levels, providing a clean, deep tone at all RPM ranges while maintaining exhaust efficiency. Advantex packing material offers superior flow and sound suppression, is heat resistant up to 1200°F, and extends the functional life of the exhaust system.
