REVO1-LOCKOUT Shifter Kit

The RTD Motorsports Aluminum REVO1-LOCKOUT Shifter is engineered for a precise and engaging driving experience in select BMWs. This kit stands out with its patent-pending design, eliminating the need for center console trimming or transmission tunnel drilling, simplifying installation. It is specifically designed to fit E30, E36, E39, E46, E60, and E63 BMW models, including high-performance M3, M5, and M6 variants. Constructed for durability and performance, the shifter features all aluminum components milled from Billet Alumec 89 Alloy, which is noted for its superior hardness compared to Alu 7075. It utilizes bronze bushings for extended lifespan, surpassing that of standard Teflon bushings. The base is made from a rigid Stainless Steel 304 Grade welded material, ensuring stability during gear changes. This shifter includes an innovative locking mechanism for reverse gear with adjustable side stops, and an integrated torsion spring that self-centers the lever. This provides excellent feedback during gear selection. It is designed to work with BMW's 5 and 6-speed Getrag and ZF manual transmissions, supporting both standard H-pattern and Dog Box setups. Note that for SMG to Manual conversions, an E46 M3 DSSR may be required. The shifter comes fully assembled with all necessary fasteners for installation.
