Ridetech 70-81 Chevrolet Camaro / 70-81 Pontiac Firebird Rear Axle Housing Kit - Blk (Stock Width)

This kit provides a Ford 9-inch rear axle housing and axles for 1970-1981 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird, designed to work with RideTech's bolt-on 4-link rear suspension systems. The housing features a webbed center section with internal gussets, 1/4 inch wall 3 inch diameter tubes, and billet steel flanges. It includes 31-spline heat-treated 1541H custom alloy axles with Timken SET20 bearings, and comes pre-installed with 4-link and sway bar brackets. Available in black powder-coat, it includes a drain plug, jack pad, and Grade 8 T-bolt hardware. Compatible with 3rd members featuring a Yukon nodular iron case, aluminum Daytona pinion support, 1350 billet steel yoke, Timken bearings, and an Eaton Trutrac differential unit, with available ratios of 3.50, 3.70, 3.89, or 4.11. LubeLocker gaskets are also included.
