The Yakima SkyLine Towers provide a secure, simple, and mega-versatile roof rack solution for vehicles equipped with fixed points or tracks. The BarBed™ feature on the SkyLine Towers includes 12° of pitch adjustment, allowing for precise tower positioning and leveling on roofs with curved flush rails. The maximum load rating for the towers is 165 lbs (75 kg), though this is dependent on the vehicle's and crossbars' specific ratings. Several accessories and adapters are required for full functionality or specific crossbar types. The Yakima SKS (Same Key System) locks are sold separately for securing the towers to your vehicle. For users intending to use Yakima's classic RoundBar, the RoundBar SL Adapter is necessary, and for HD Bars, the HD Bar SL Adapter is required. These components ensure proper fitment and security for your chosen crossbar style.
