Manufactured in the USA with 100% domestic materials, this kit features components made from certified aircraft-grade 321 stainless steel. This material choice provides superior resistance to extreme temperatures, intergranular corrosion, and higher tensile strength, making it suitable for high horsepower and towing applications.

The KC Turbos Riffraff Diesel Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit is engineered as a permanent solution for leaking stock up-pipes in 1994-Early 1999 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. It replaces the problematic "donut" gaskets with a bellows design that prevents leaks and ensures all boost pressure is utilized for optimal turbo spool. Constructed from certified aircraft-grade 321 stainless steel, this kit surpasses many aftermarket options that use lower-grade 304 or 409 stainless steel. The 321SS tubing, heavy-wall bellows, and upper collars offer exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures and corrosion, along with superior tensile strength, making them ideal for high-horsepower and demanding towing applications. This material is also known for its use in high-stress applications like aircraft afterburners. The kit includes 321 Stainless Up-pipes, International® Stainless Gaskets, and an OEM Ford Motor Company Install Hardware Kit. Optional ceramic coating is available, formulated for exhaust temperatures up to 2000°F, which helps retain heat energy for faster turbo spool and reduces under-hood radiant heat, contributing to a more efficient engine and longer component life. Note: Early 1999 models manufactured before 12/7/1998. It is important to understand that this kit is for Early 1999 models and will not fit L99-2003 engines.
