The CTS Turbo 144x20 Tapered Rifle Drilled Connecting Rods are a performance upgrade designed for the MK5/B7 FSI 2.0T EA113 engines. Each rod features rifle drilling as standard, and both the big and small end bores are precisely honed in-house to exacting tolerances. CTS Turbo employs a rigorous quality control process, including CMM measurement of critical dimensions and precise weight matching to within +/- 1 gram for all connecting rods. These rods are supplied with genuine ARP 2000 rod bolts, ensuring robust and dependable assembly. Key specifications include a 144mm center-to-center length, a 20mm wrist pin diameter, and a 24.90mm big end journal width. These connecting rods are compatible with a range of Audi and Volkswagen models equipped with the EA113 2.0T FSI/TFSI engines, specifically those with engine codes BUL, BWA, BWE, BWT, and BYK. Crucially, they are designed to work exclusively with factory pistons that feature 20mm wrist pins. Fitment includes Audi A4 (2005-2008 B7), A6 (2005-2011 C6), A6 Allroad (2005-2011 C6), TT (2008-2015 MK2 – 8J), and A3 (2006-2013 MK2 – 8P). Volkswagen fitment includes GTI (2006-2009 MK5), Jetta & Jetta GLI (2006-2010 MK5), Passat (2006-2010 B6), and EOS (2006-2015 1F7).
