The ICOM OPC-2144 is a microphone adapter cable designed to connect standard microphones to different types of transceivers. It features a dual slim HT plug with a right-angle connector on one end and a dual HT jack with a straight connector on the other.

This adapter cable has a length of 12.5 cm (4.9 inches) and utilizes a slim L-type plug. It is specifically designed for use with Icom transceivers like the ID-31A and various Icom microphones such as the HM-75A, HM-153, HM-166, HM-186, or SP-3.
