Rigid Collar

The Spoon Sports Rigid Collar is a specially designed part manufactured from tempered aluminum, intended to enhance chassis rigidity and improve driving dynamics. This collar is inserted between the vehicle's body and subframe through a process that requires lifting the vehicle and carefully loosening and retightening specific joint bolts. As the bolts are tightened, the tapered portion of the Rigid Collar deforms to precisely fill the gap between the bolt and the inner wall of its hole, creating a more solid connection. Installation of this front subframe collar on the NISSAN Lafesta (models B30 2WD and NB30 4WD) leads to several noticeable improvements.
