The Cascadia Rinehart PM100DZ is an AC traction controller developed for both on-road and off-road Electric Vehicle (EV) or Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) applications. This controller utilizes advanced AC Induction and Permanent Magnet motor control algorithms, offering versatile performance. The PM-Series family, including the PM100DZ, is recognized for its optimal power-to-weight ratio, achieved through a high heat flux thermal design approach, making it one of the lightest and smallest inverters for its power class. Specifically, the PM100DZ model is rated for 150Arms continuous current and operates within a 300-720VDC range. It supports a wide array of electric motors, including popular models from Siemens, Remy, MES-DEA, EVO, Yasa, Parker, and UQM. The controller is suitable for various traction applications, including automotive, commercial vehicles, motorsports, and military vehicles. While this product page from EV West serves as a reference, the item is no longer available through them and direct orders should be placed with Cascadia Motion.
