The MFactory Helical Limited Slip Differential offers a significant advantage for racing applications by maximizing vehicle traction through smooth and constant power distribution. This 2nd generation design is lighter, stronger, and more efficient than other torque-biasing differentials on the market. Constructed from imported Japanese SAE 4320 & SAE 9310 steel, this LSD is forged, double tempered, and super sub-zero treated for extreme toughness. It utilizes only Brighton-Best Hardware and features maintenance-free gears, eliminating the need for special fluids or rebuilds associated with plate-type LSDs. The lock-free operation ensures no adverse effect on steering response. Fitment notes: For Honda B16A2 applications, this differential will not directly fit models previously equipped with an OEM Viscous LSD and will require a Ring Gear change. For Honda B16A/B18C/K20A Stage 2 applications, these are specifically designed for use with DSS Pro Level 28 Spline Axles and will NOT work with OEM axles. MFactory Competition Products provides a limited lifetime warranty for all Helical LSDs, provided they are received with professional installation and are not disassembled. Warranty claims arising from rally use are not covered.
