The 72RD100U RipCut™ Saw Chain reel contains 100 feet of chain for ripping (cutting parallel to the wood grain). It has a special ripping application grind for making dimensional boards and planks from larger timber and is designed for chain-type sawmills (not recommended for hand-held use).
