The Öhlins Road & Track coilover kit is a performance suspension system designed for the BMW E46 M3. It offers a balance between track-day capability and comfortable daily driving, providing exceptional traction and control.

This kit features DFV (Dual Flow Valve) technology for adjustable damping and includes springs. The front utilizes inverted McPherson struts, while the rear uses conventional shock absorbers, with both front and rear offering adjustable compression and rebound damping via a single adjuster. The kit allows for approximately 15-35 mm of lowering at the front and 5-30 mm at the rear.

The Öhlins Road & Track coilover kit is engineered to provide the ultimate driving experience for your BMW E46 M3, blending track-day performance with road-going comfort. Featuring Öhlins' proprietary DFV (Dual Flow Valve) technology, this kit ensures exceptional traction and control on the track while maintaining a refined ride quality for daily use. The suspension is fully rebuildable and corrosion salt spray tested to ISO 9227 standards, backed by a 2-year limited warranty. The front suspension employs inverted McPherson struts with adjustable compression and rebound damping through a single adjuster, along with a spring preload adjuster. The front springs have a rate of 70 N/mm, and the recommended setup allows for approximately 15-35 mm of lowering compared to standard. The rear suspension consists of conventional shock absorbers, also featuring adjustable compression and rebound damping via a single adjuster and a spring preload adjuster. The rear springs have a rate of 110 N/mm, offering an approximate lowering of 5-30 mm from standard. This coilover kit is specifically designed for the BMW M3 (E46) models produced between 2000 and 2006. The package includes the coilover kit with springs, a C-spanner for spring preload adjustment, an owner's manual, mounting instructions, and a sticker set.
