Road & Track DFV Coilover Set

The Ohlins Road & Track Coilovers (SUS MP21S1) are engineered to deliver a genuine racing experience for the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota 86, without sacrificing comfort during daily commutes. These coilovers feature Öhlins' unique Dual Flow Valve (DFV) technology, which enables rapid adjustment of the shock absorber's stiffness. By turning the golden knob clockwise, the damper is set to race mode, altering low and high-speed compression and rebound damping across all four areas. For everyday driving, simply switch to road mode for a more comfortable ride that still benefits from enhanced grip and quicker response. When equipped with these coilovers, drivers will notice significantly improved response times, superior bump absorption, and a substantial increase in grip, enhancing overall safety when pushing the vehicle's limits. The car becomes more predictable and easier to manage at the edge of traction, resulting in faster lap times. The DFV system actively prevents loss of the racing line due to road imperfections like bumps or curbs, ensuring continuous contact with the track and maintaining driver control. These coilovers offer a ride height reduction of 20mm at the front and 15mm at the rear compared to stock. They incorporate original OE upper mounts, with optional spherical upper mounts available. It is important to note that aftermarket front sway bar links with large diameter turnbuckles may contact the strut and cause damage to the sway bar tab over time; only links with small diameter turnbuckles should be used. Spring rates are set at 50.0 N/mm for both the front and rear.
