Road & Track DFV Coilover Suspension

The Ohlins Road & Track coilover suspension is engineered to elevate handling performance across multiple generations of the Scion FR-S (2012-2016), Subaru BRZ (2012-2020 ZC6, 2021+ ZD8), Toyota 86 (2016-2020), Toyota GT86 (2012-2020), and Toyota GR86 (2021+ ZN8). This kit utilizes proprietary DFV (Dual Flow Valve) technology, allowing the shock to react quickly to road imperfections while maintaining chassis stability during cornering. The system features upside-down McPherson struts in the front and conventional shock absorbers in the rear, both equipped with adjustable aluminum uniball top mounts for precise alignment. Each corner includes independent ride height and spring preload adjusters, with a spring rate of 60 N/mm. The setup is designed to lower the vehicle approximately 20 mm from the standard ride height. Durability is prioritized with components tested to ISO 9227 salt spray standards, ensuring resistance to corrosion. The kit is fully rebuildable and includes a C-spanner for preload adjustments. While the installation process includes all necessary mounting parts and top mounts, the manufacturer advises having an authorized dealer handle the installation to ensure proper setup and functionality.
