This Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit (MPN: 131-17) is specifically designed to fit the 1999 Chevrolet Silverado, providing solid, frame-mounted connection points for safe flat towing. It features removable drawbars for a clean look when not towing, is constructed from computer-cut, all-steel with a black powder coat for durability, and offers a simple bolt-on installation with included hardware, requiring no welding.
