Rocker Arm Trunnion Upgrade Kit

The Brian Tooley Racing V2 Trunnion Kit (TK027) is an upgrade for LS7 and Gen V LT1/LT4 style rocker arms. Building on the success of their V1 kit, the V2 version incorporates trunnions with pre-installed inner race bearings. These bearings are constructed from 52100 heat-treated bearing steel, an upgrade from the 8620 carburized steel found in many OEM applications and BTR's V1 kits, offering increased durability under high stress. Key features of the V2 trunnion kit include a self-oiling axle design that prioritizes lubrication to the trunnion. The kit is engineered for non-adjustable rocker arms and boasts a 1.8 rocker ratio. The components are legal for sale and use in all 50 states, as it does not require an Executive Order in California. The kit includes 16 rocker trunnions, 32 trunnion races, 32 grip ring clips, 33 trunnion bearings, 32 retainers, 2 assembly washers, and 16 rocker bolts.
