Designed by Kei Miura, this CAD-designed front lower lip ensures precise fitment. It's made from high-quality Japanese FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) with proper curing to prevent distortion. The design process involves a full vehicle laser-scan for a detailed 3D digital rendering, followed by Kei Miura's inspiration from Japanese classic car culture. Digital data is then used in a CNC mill to carve master molds from polystyrene blocks.
