Rod Bearing - Calico Coated

The Calico Coatings CB743HN is a set of H-Series Tri-Metal Connecting Rod Bearings designed for Big Block Chevy engines. These bearings are coated with Calico's CT-1 Dry Film Lubricant to reduce friction and wear, and are narrowed for clearance with aftermarket high-performance crankshafts that have larger fillet radii. They are suitable for all forms of racing engines.

Each H-Series bearing features a Babbit outer layer, a copper-lead alloy second layer, and a precision steel back capable of carrying loads up to 12,000 PSI. The CT-1 coating has a typical thickness of 0.00025″ to 0.00030″, engineered for extreme conditions and offering increased embeddability, strength, and durability for professional engine builders.
