Over time all internal engine wear surfaces become worn. This is true for crankshaft journals, connecting rods, camshaft lobes, piston rings, bearings, etc. When rebuilding a worn out engine you'll need to replace them all in order to regain the engine's original performance. And, let's face it, Jeep's need all the power we can get. Omix offers new high quality replacement engine parts to get your Jeep back on the road. This replacement connecting rod bearing fits 54-64 Truck / Station Wagon, 62-64 FC-150 and 63-64 FC-170 models equipped with 226 ci engines with standard crank. Fits EVEN number cylinder- 3 required per engine. Replaces OE 912798
