The King Engine Bearings CR 874HP is a set of connecting rod bearings designed for durability and dependability. These bi-metal bearings feature 100% lead-free aluminum silicon, known as Alecular metal.

The HP-Series bearings, like the CR 874HP, were developed for drag racing applications requiring a material harder than traditional Babbitt top layers, capable of withstanding high loads for short durations while maintaining high embeddability and compatibility. They are also suitable for performance applications with nodular cast iron crankshafts, including street, strip, and some circle track racing.
