Overview

The BSCI RB 48001 is a roll bar padding designed for occupant protection. This high-density foam padding meets SFI 45.1 specifications and is 7/8 inch thick. It is formulated for maximum impact absorption and is self-extinguishing, meaning it will not melt or drip in a fire.

This padding features molded-in acrylic adhesive for easy installation and can be cut and shaped for custom fitting. It is available in a 36-inch length and designed to fit bar diameters from 1.500 to 2.000 inches. The black color option is available.

The BSCI RB 48001 is a high-density roll bar padding engineered to provide crucial occupant protection by absorbing impacts from contact with interior roll cages. This padding meets the rigorous SFI 45.1 safety standard and is 7/8 inch thick, formulated with superior technology for maximum energy management. The material is tested extensively under strict impact and flammability standards, ensuring it will not melt or drip in a fire and is self-extinguishing. It features molded-in acrylic adhesive for straightforward installation and can be easily cut and shaped to fit custom applications. Each piece is 36 inches in length and designed to accommodate bar diameters ranging from 1.500 to 2.000 inches.
