The Mahle Original JV730 is a 2-piece rear main seal designed with a rope seal material. It is specifically engineered for Ford small block Windsor 5.8L/351 engines. This seal features rope packing for application.

This rear main seal is compatible with a wide range of Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, Detomaso, Shelby, Sunbeam, TVR, Bricklin, and Omega vehicles from various model years. The application notes specify its use with rope packing seals.
