The 034Motorsport 1-Piece Brake Rotors are a direct replacement upgrade for Audi B9/B9.5 S4/S5/SQ5, designed to provide improved cooling, durability, and braking consistency. They feature directionally ventilated internal vanes that pull air in from the center and force it outward, significantly improving heat transfer and cooling. Constructed from a high-strength CM-250 alloy, these rotors are heat-treated and more resistant to heat cycling and warping than OEM rotors. The J-slot slotted friction face helps clear debris, allows for pad off-gassing, and distributes heat evenly, leading to more consistent braking. Optimized for daily driving, spirited street use, autocross, and light track duty, they are compatible with stock calipers and pads. Each rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-corrosion coating for all-weather protection and includes temperature-indicating paint marks on the edge to provide visual heat exposure reference (Green → White at 478°C, Orange → Yellow at 571°C, Red → White at 640°C).
